About Us The International SITE Foundation was established to serve the Society of Incentive & Travel Executives’ constituents and the incentive and travel industry as a whole. Operating under the guiding principal that incentive travel is a key component to successful motivational and performance improvement business strategies; the International SITE Foundation supports essential research and education that will enhance the effectiveness and awareness of incentive travel on a global basis. A non-profit organization, the International SITE Foundation’s primary goal is to develop fundraising initiatives resulting in donations from individuals, corporations and industry organizations to facilitate research, trend analysis and educational program support for the incentive and travel professional.
